We are a Kansas based BBQ restaurant that serves award winning BBQ in 16 locations in four states: Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Arizona. Our team takes pride in serving the highest quality meats and sides. The only thing that matters to us more than the flavor of our food is how we hire, train, and retain our staff.
