About the Role
As an Assistant Manager - International Business in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to actively manage and grow a portfolio of inbound cross border clients through client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals. The purpose of this role is to partner with an International Business Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of multinationals with local banking requirements in Australia in all aspects of customer service, product support, compliance, processes, systems and governance.

What will your day look like?
As an Assistant Manager - International Business, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process
Acting in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach
Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
Providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
Supporting the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of multinational customers
Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers’ needs
Engaging specialist teams when required

What will you bring?

Support credit approval activities with emerging proficiency in credit assessment and management
Data Interpretation: Using data and reporting to draw insights to problem solve and/or inform business or customer decisions.
