We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven assistant manager to lead our team across our store in Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. This role requires flexibility to cover when needed. Previous managerial experience is advantageous.

• Proven experience in sales
• Experience in social media development a bonus but not essential
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible to ensure stores are covered when required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building at all levels.
