Salary: $17 - $21 per hour

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the restaurant. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to manage alcohol service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and good observation skills.
  • Ability to deliver constructive criticism and provide coaching to staff.
  • Computer literate with basic math skills.
  • Ability to identify weaknesses and implement strategies for improvement.
