Based at our Dartmouth boutique The Devon Soap Company, a small well established boutique in a prime position in Dartmouth. We sell our own hand made soaps, bath bombs, bath melts, Apothespa products and other locally made cosmetics too.
It is a lovely place to work. Alongside remuneration we offer staff discount, free products and discounted treatments in our award winning Totnes day spa. Our customers are a mix of locals and holiday makers.

We are looking for a commitment of 3.5 days a week (3 days week 1, 4 days week 2) including alternate weekends. Your experience and personal qualities need to include the following:

• Experienced and professional with excellent people skills
• Customer focussed
• Passionate about organic & natural skin care
• Be fabulous at product sales
• Good IT skills and experience - microsoft office suite and epos systems
• An ability for creative display on the shop floor, including windows
• A strong and flexible ‘can do’ work ethic
• Punctuality and flexibility to cover colleague if needed
• Used to working alone or as part of a small team
• Be proactive and able to think on your feet solving problems if they occur
• Be available for alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

We are looking for people with a positive and happy personality and someone who is people focussed and sales focussed, but able to work alone/ as part of our small work family.
Full training is given.
