We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastry Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our pastry chef with the preparation, baking, and presentation of various pastries and desserts. Your duties will include measuring ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, preparing fillings, and decorating finished products. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and stored.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to follow recipes accurately, handle pressure well, and be eager to learn and grow within the role. While previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred, it is not required. We value creativity, teamwork, and a positive attitude, and are committed to providing opportunities for professional development and career advancement. REQUIREMENTS
