Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Economics, Finance, or related major. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years working experience with proven experience in data quality, data management, and specifically in Master Data Management, with at proven experience in leading data quality projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail in working with and reviewing written content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and administrative management skills.
- Ability to understand and quickly adapt to new processes and changing needs.
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with publishing content management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with current Data Management tools and platforms
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data management best practices, and industry standards.
- Experience with SQL, Python; knowledge of data streaming technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Associate Data Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Data Management initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of data quality, integrity, and accuracy across our flagship product Orbis. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to new processes will contribute to the success of our data management strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Support Functions: Provide a wide range of support functions to the Data Management team in creating and maintaining methodology and assessment framework documents.
Data Quality Control: Conduct pre- and post-publication reviews of documents to ensure adherence to style guidelines and quality.
Data Management: Create and manage document files in content management system.
- Project Support: Help develop project plans and ensure timely completion.
- Issue Escalation: Proactively identify and escalate publishing issues as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
