Responsibilities:

  • Review premium service shipments daily to identify any at risk shipments
  • Maintain responsibility for daily reports and other customer communications
  • Build trust with customers by providing insight and value to the XPO shipping experience
  • Maintain a clear understanding of each premium service product and use data to suggest improvements or raise concerns
  • Partner with supervisor and team daily to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide feedback and ideas for improvements
  • Use a variety of tools to perform work efficiently and meet requirements
  • Use critical thinking and resourcefulness to resolve any unexpected issues
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, teamwork and respect for others while workin
