Responsibilities:
- Review premium service shipments daily to identify any at risk shipments
- Maintain responsibility for daily reports and other customer communications
- Build trust with customers by providing insight and value to the XPO shipping experience
- Maintain a clear understanding of each premium service product and use data to suggest improvements or raise concerns
- Partner with supervisor and team daily to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide feedback and ideas for improvements
- Use a variety of tools to perform work efficiently and meet requirements
- Use critical thinking and resourcefulness to resolve any unexpected issues
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, teamwork and respect for others while workin
