• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiar with Hogan, AIS and CACS
• Proficient in the Microsoft Applications (Office, Excel and PowerPoint

In this role, you will:

• Support and monitor timely processing of all consumer accounts involved in all chapters of bankruptcy
• Improve work processes, mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and state and federal regulations
• Perform routine administrative, operational and transactional tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession
• Communicate and receive direction from more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist roles
• Interact with all levels of management, attorneys, internal and external customers and court personnel

Job Expectations:

• Work Schedule- 8:00 am est to 4:30 est Hybrid schedule one week in office one week out of office
• If high volume of applicants, position will come down early
