Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
- Support and monitor timely processing of all consumer accounts involved in all chapters of bankruptcy
- Improve work processes, mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and state and federal regulations
- Perform routine administrative, operational and transactional tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession
- Communicate and receive direction from more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist roles
- Interact with all levels of management, attorneys, internal and external customers and court personnel
