Responsibilities:
You will have direct oversight and responsibility for Cost of Care initiative development and execution across all lines of business and for developing Clinical Strategy across all lines of business
You will represent the Health Services business unit to collaborate with leadership of the Medicaid, Commercial, Medicare, Military Health, and Solutions lines of business as well as key external stakeholders
You will work closely with the Quality Improvement, Utilization Management and Care Management, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy and Appeals, Complaints & Grievances and other clinical teams to ensure effective, efficient, high-quality, and clinically sound medical management practices are applied across the Johns Hopkins HealthCare business.
You will ensure that the provision of health care services to the membership is compliant with the medical policies and standards established by the JHHC Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee and the Medical Policy Advisory Committee
