We have an opening for a talented and ambitious Art based Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join the Leo Burnett network in Melbourne.
You’ll pair up with a copy based creative partner to develop innovative, impactful, omni-channel creative solutions and help drive some of the agency’s most creatively ambitious clients. We are looking for someone curious, immersed in culture, and who loves using their creative powers to solve human problems.
You will be given opportunities to partner with the best clients in Australia and make the best work of your career. You will support, nurture and help drive high quality craft and art direction, and be proven to deliver innovative and strong conceptual thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Create award-winning output by ensuring strategic solutions are effective, ideas are original to ensure best-in-class work
• Thought leading on creative concepts, art direction, tone etc
• Comfortably present work and build strong relationships with clients of all levels

• Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care and seeing work through to the final delivery phases and where appropriate commission specialists with your producer, such as artists, illustrators and photographersWork as a mentor for junior/mid creative teams, offering support and direction
