Magpies Gifts is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Associate Director of Social Media to lead our brand’s digital presence across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, trend-savvy team that’s passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Manage and grow Magpies’ presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Oversee content creation—including photography, video, graphics, captions, and stories—that reflects our brand voice and aesthetic.
Plan and implement paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics, creating reports and making data-driven adjustments to strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and in-store teams to align social content with promotions, product launches, and events.
Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in social media, ensuring Magpies remains innovative and engaging.
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely posting and engagement with followers.
