Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

This senior individual contributor will lead development and execution of local consumer marketing campaigns for all brands, with the ultimate goal of driving product sales and delivering impactful and lasting brand experiences!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate on strategic development and tactical execution of all local marketing plans for all brands within the ZURU toys portfolio under their responsibility (in line with established brand positioning)
  • Build marketing strategy in alignment with market vision and goals. Strong coordination with Country Manager to define investments and priorities
  • Management of local agencies/partners where needed - media, translation, VOD partners, etc.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns under his/her responsibility: organize postmortem and present key takeaways along with strong understanding of local consumer behaviours and demographics
  • Create presentations that summarize key information on brand and marketing activities in creative and visual ways.
  • Develop creative briefs for global brand teams and media agencies to work on digital, print, TVC, web and other campaigns.
  • Work with Global Brand teams with regards to digital, social and influencer marketing.
  • Establish, design and follow current and new processes to connect global teams with local needs in order to execute with excellence to drive POS and gain market share
  • Work with licensors to provide regular updates on marketing plans and identify potential partnerships.
  • Ensure commercial budget adherence and invoice processing for each marketing, trade marketing and commercial
  • Provide event management support when needed, primarily gathering pertinent information and development of brand signage & collateral
  • Collaborate with Brand/Commercial team partners to keep up to date on product launches, retail exclusives, etc. and adjust marketing plans accordingly
  • Weekly review and report trends, sales data and consumer behaviors
  • Manage the relationships with global marketing teams to develop local campaign assets and ensure territory initiatives are on brand
