Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Associate Sales Recruiter for our Columbus, OH location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of sales recruiting experience
• Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Superior ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, and members of the general public in both written and verbal form

• Accountable for identifying and attracting top-tier talent in alignment with established tools and strategies.
• Recruits using established Kimball Midwest tools, including street recruiting, phone contacting and screening.
• Provides effective follow-up with all field recruiting managers
• Responsible for adhering to company employment policies and procedures and any applicable laws and regulations. Actively participates in programs which promote compliance with existing and new laws.
• Works with the sales managers in a well-coordinated, positive, and productive manner at all times
