You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in
Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary and Malaysia. We operate in an agile organizational set-up
without extensive hierarchical structure, where it is expected that all our employees lead from every seat. Inspirational leadership, service oriented behavior and entrepreneurial customer centric mindset are at our core.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently with business stakeholders and also support the business partner of your unit to prepare automation and digitization projects for development and ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate process improvement and digitalization use case identification in collaborating with process experts, business partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and establish a pipeline of potential automation and digitalization opportunities across multiple technologies not limited to RPA, Low-code platforms, Chatbots, Workflow Automation, Data science and other emerging technologies
  • Develop business cases & charters to articulate the value proposition of the identified opportunities
  • Document the current as-is v/s. expected to-be state landscape through the lens of our people, process, technology & data.
  • Create relevant project documentation, such as process designs, requirements, status reports, as per project squad role requires.
  • When needed, work closely with Developers and support design, deployment, UAT and operation phases.
  • Coordinate training support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new built systems and processe
