ABOUT THE ROLE

Our dealership is looking for an Automotive Accounting Clerk with experience in Reynolds and Reynolds to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our schedules accurate, posting vehicle inventory, processing deposits, and handling product cancellations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules.
• Post new/used vehicle sales, trades, and wholesale transactions.
• Prepare and post daily deposits (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Process product cancellations and issue refunds.
• Support the accounting team with month-end closing tasks.
