Responsibilities:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Cloud Services organization delivers consulting and engineering engagements to clients of Ingram Micro’s Partners, on behalf of or in conjunction with Ingram Micro’s Partners.
  • The team performs both pre-sales and delivery activities associated with those engagements.
  • Responsible for leading and delivering AWS-focused services engagements with 80% Project Delivery and 20% pre-sales (Scoping, Pricing, Building Statements of Work, engagement with AWS).
  • Responsible for designing and implementing service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Responsible for crafting service delivery frameworks, identifying the right technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that services are delivered effectively.
  • Responsible in playing a pivotal role as an Architect shaping the overall service delivery landscape in your organization and will be known for your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-oriented approach, playing a lead role on consulting engagements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead the delivery teamTravel requirements are generally less than 50%, varying based on project assignments.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • University degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related technical field required.
  • 5+ years of functional experience including a minimum of 3+ years position specific technical architect experience.
  • 3+ years of functional experience delivering AWS cloud services.
  • 2+ years of experience performing AWS Migration projects, delivery, and pre-sales roles with a consultancy background.
  • 2+ years of experience designing enterprise AWS architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with both IaaS and Cloud native services within AWS.
  • French and English language proficiency is essential.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% within Canada.
  • 2 or more of the following certifications, or similar AWS certifications, or similar AWS certifications, with a minimum of one being a preferred certification, with a willingness to train for and obtain a 2nd preferred certification.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner is required
