BAR MANAGER – URBAN GOLF, FARRINGDON, LONDON

Urban Golf is an exciting venue in the heart of Farringdon, bringing together top-class hospitality with a fun, vibrant social experience. We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

THE ROLE:

As Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the bar and front of house, leading from the front with professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations, motivate your team, and keep standards consistently high.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and serving outstanding cocktails with creativity and precision.
• Managing shifts, including opening and closing the venue.
• Leading the front of house team to deliver warm, professional service.
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensuring health & safety, licensing, and compliance standards are met.
• Driving a positive team culture and providing on-the-job training.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
• Being flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
