BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE- FULL TIME, DAYS
The Benefits Planning department at Texas Health Resources is looking for a top skilled Benefits Representative. Is that you?
Work location: Texas Health Resources: 612 E. Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011
Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift; Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:00PM
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year relevant work experience is required
- Experience in explaining insurance benefits is preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Answer benefits questions from employees and entity Human Resource offices, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensures employee enrollment compliance with benefit plan documents.
- Records management to support plan compliance and appeals. Performs daily transactions within various software to process employee benefits.
- Back-up duties as assigned.
- Additional projects as assigned, including assisting with coordinating open enrollment activities.
