  Navigating the Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
  Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights? OTG, a global leader in maritime technology, is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team.
  In this role, you’ll design and develop cutting-edge dashboards and data flows that drive smarter decisions for our business and global customers. Help us transform the way we use data and play a key role in shaping the future of maritime technology.

Your Voyage Ahead:

• Design and Develop: Craft user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI and Apache Superset to deliver an excellent user experience.
• Data Ingestion: Efficiently ingest and transform data from various sources using Power Query and Data Flows for accurate reporting.
• Data Modeling: Collaborate on designing effective data models for optimal Power BI performance.
• Complex Calculations: Develop and optimize complex DAX calculations to manage large data sets with precision.
• Power BI Expertise: Leverage the full range of Power BI services—deployment pipelines, dataflows, shared datasets, and Apps—to boost reporting capabilities.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data integrity by working closely with other business functions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest BI tool functionalities and integrate new features to improve our BI solutions.
• Support and Training: Provide support, documentation, and training to ensure consistent delivery of BI solutions.
• Drive Adoption: Promote the adoption of reporting tools and visualizations, encouraging self-service and efficiency.
• Automation and Innovation: Implement automation to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
