Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Melbourne studio is searching for a passionate and organised Bid Manager who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the submissions process, including planning, production and post-bid measurement, as well as support local business development and marketing activities.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team. Embedding yourself into COX life, you’ll form relationships with leaders and interface with the national marketing group. The role will be supported as needed by a coordinator working across bids and communications.

THE ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Producing submission documents, coordinating internal and subconsultant input, writing and graphic design
  • Maintaining marketing collateral and submission content
  • Producing pitch and presentation material
  • Driving post-bid reviews and analysis
  • Identifying, tracking and reporting leads and opportunities
  • Supporting the Communications Manager with business development initiatives, client events, sponsorship and partnership coordination
