On offer is the opportunity for a Bid Manager to join one of the world’s largest defence, rail and engineering contractors, working on some of the world’s most exclusive projects, playing your part in making a difference to the future of the world as we know it. Gaining Security Clearance, you will be playing a key role in the tendering and delivery of a range of mission critical projects across the various business sectors, supporting key customers, stake holder and government bodies, with plenty of on the job training, progression and development opportunities and clear progression opportunities into Contracts and Commercial Management roles as well as other areas of the business.
In this role, the successful Bid Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bid process from winning, development, capture and solution development, be able to manage/lead customer and supplier engagement meeting at senior/board level.
The ideal Bid Manager will have experience in a similar role or environment, ideally from a defence or military background or able to get Security Clearance and be happy to work from the office 2 days a week.
