ARE YOU THE NEXT REFUGEE SERVICES CASE MANAGER?
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and one-year experience in social services or a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual skill in Spanish.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
- Advance skill of excel spreadsheet, preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?
- Meet walk-in clients on designated days and hours.
- Screen clients’ legal documentation for eligibility into Refugee Services programs.
- Complete lead application in Salesforce and refer clients to eligible Refugee programs.
- Upload client’s eligibility documents in lead application.
- Provide community resources to those who are not eligible for available programs in Refugee Services.
- Conduct assessments to determine the barriers of the client and complete comprehensive intake.
- Empower clients towards economic self-sufficiency through an understanding of client’s responsibility for working together with program staffs.
- Complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency quality assurance standards.
- Assist with interpretation for other program staffs as needed.
- Ensure to meet your service delivery tasks and effectively manage your administrative duties.
- Work collaboratively with other Refugee Services members to support the overall goals of the team and coordinate services for clients as necessary.
- Transport clients to appointments as needed by the program.
