This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, follows through without reminders, and stays calm and confident on the phone. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, gathering detailed information, qualifying cases, and ensuring every lead is handled with care and urgency. Accuracy, persistence, and strong communication directly impact case quality, client trust, and overall team efficiency. Core Responsibilities Handle all initial intake calls and follow-up communications with prospective clients. Evaluate incoming leads against defined criteria and collect complete case details. Prepare intake documentation, agreements, and initial payment records. Coordinate with courts, prosecutors’ offices, probation departments, attorneys, and internal staff to verify case information and support timely onboarding. Experience managing phone-based client intake and follow-up communications. Ability to evaluate whether leads meet defined criteria for case acceptance. Experience gathering background case information from multiple sources. Demonstrated persistence in monitoring and following up on pending leads. Experience preparing contracts or retainer-style agreements. Ability to process initial client payments and manage electronic document signing. Experience opening, organizing, and maintaining new case files. Ability to review and confirm that all case information is complete and accurate. Experience contacting courts to obtain case-related information. Experience contacting prosecutors’ offices to obtain case-related information. Experience contacting probation departments to obtain case-related information. Ability to support the full case intake process from first contact through file completion. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Experience processing payments through online payment platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to complete work on time and consistently follow tasks through to completion. Ability to keep databases and records accurate and up to date. Prior sales or customer service experience in a phone-focused role.
