JOB INFORMATION:

Pattison Outdoor, leader in Outdoor Advertising in Canada, is currently looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to join its Montreal team.

• Maintain and monitor advertising networks and all advertising products in the Quebec region.
• Act as the point of contact between installers/subcontractors and internal teams including sales, coordinators, dispatchers, and inventory management/control
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to advertising displays and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time
• Coordinate with subcontractors for installations, and oversee the reception and tracking of materials, removals, and maintenance of advertising products
• Supervise activities, provide detailed follow-ups, plan schedules, and manage operational information
• Track development, routes and maintenance for projects, and inform the inventory management team of any changes.
• Help ensure Pattison’s products and services meet quality standards
• Manage conflicts or unexpected challenges during advertising projects, and provide potential solutions to overcome them
• Understand internal team and client expectations and needs.
• Identify and manage priorities while contributing to the achievement of team objectives
