Description:
Hines Park Lincoln is looking to add a Body Technician to our Collision Center’s team. Our Lincoln auto body shop has access to all Ford Motor Company repair technologies and uses state-of-the-art equipment to restore Lincoln and Ford products accurately. We don’t limit our shop to just Lincolns/Fords, and repair all makes and models as well so there is a lot of opportunity. Plus, as a Gold Class collision center, we’ve earned the highest role-relevant training achievement by the collision repair industry. Join our team!
REQUIREMENTS
- Past dealership/collision center experience is preferred
- Completion of vocational program is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license

Responsibilities:
- Determine and repair damaged parts
- Responsible for your own tear down and re-assembly; no DFR
- Communicate status of repairs clearly to the body shop manager
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts
- Perform repairs according to OEM procedures as outlined by the Manufacturer
- Document all repairs performed
- Document all materials used
- Maintain your work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
