Lead and drive the performance of our Bourke branch in this exciting opportunity based in an area known for its primarily livestock farming geography. This role would be well suited for someone with strong business acumen, looking to step into a leadership role or an individual with a background in leading a team and managing sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership to branch employees whilst driving branch performance and the achievement of financial targets
- Mentoring the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm – primarily livestock and pastural focused customers
- Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPI’s
- Management of safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest of standards
