This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing lobby traffic and greeting members * Answering questions about Credit Union products and services * Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions * Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts * Educating members on managing their finances effectively * Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being * Building strong, supportive member relationships Because this role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU NEED * High School Diploma or GED (required) * At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software * Must be bondable ---------------------------------------- READY TO JOIN A MISSION-DRIVEN TEAM?
