  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Friendly, energetic, and good with children.
  • Strong communication skills (English required; other languages a plus).
  • Ability to remain attentive and alert while driving.
  • Physically fit and able to assist passengers safely.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Buggy Driver, you will be responsible for operating and supervising Magic Kartz buggies used for transporting children and families within our sites. Your main role will be to ensure safe driving, provide excellent customer service, and maintain smooth daily operations.
You will also represent Magic Kartz as a friendly and professional driver, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for passengers while making sure buddy rides are safe and enjoyable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely operate buggies in designated areas within Miracle Garden.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with boarding and exiting the buggy.
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at specified locations
  • Ensure all passengers, especially children, are safely seated and secured.
  • Drive responsibly at safe speeds, following Magic Kartz SOPs and site regulations.
  • Monitor the condition of the buggy and report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
  • Handle payments and issue receipts when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of buggies at all times.
  • Follow emergency and safety protocols when necessary.
  • Support the team in opening and closing duties (charging buggies, cleaning, cash reconciliation).
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
