Job Description Location: Blackpool (hybrid) Contract: FTC (12 months) About the role We’re looking for a Business Account Coordinator to deliver a best‑in‑class, end‑to‑end service to our customers. Acting as a true customer champion, you’ll manage sales orders from receipt to despatch, liaising closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure agreed service levels are met and exceeded. This is a fast‑paced role within an FMCG food manufacturing environment, where accuracy, communication and a proactive mindset are key. You’ll work cross‑functionally with production planning, warehousing, distribution, invoicing and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a consistently high-quality customer experience. Qualifications What we’re looking for Experience & knowledge Previous experience in a Customer Services role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience of working with high-volume orders, EDI and multiple stakeholders Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives is desirable Skills & behaviours Strong customer focus, with the ability to build long‑lasting relationships Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively Clear and confident communicator, both internally and externally Proactive problem‑solver with good decision‑making skills Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑moving environment Positive, adaptable and open to change Additional Information 37.5 hours a week (hybrid working) Excellent Career Opportunities Matched pension scheme up to 10% Death in service Cycle to work scheme Retailer discount platform Staff discount And plenty more!
