BUSINESS ANALYST:

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst specializing in the implementation of Transport Management Systems (TMS). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the global deployment of our TMS, ensuring it meets the needs of all branches and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in TMS, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and software providers.
Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to the Group’s Truck/Rail/Barge transport management.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with the TMS capabilities.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful software deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on TMS implementation.
In-depth knowledge of Transport Management Systems and related technologies.
Experience leading large-scale IT implementations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in a global or multi-site environment
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
