Description:

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience, with a total package up to £47,000 (company pension scheme, discretionary bonus)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Southwark, with blended home working

You’ll also work with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.

  • You will own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary activity and support national project rollouts.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, so they are fit for purpose, accurate and lean.
  • You’ll take ownership of operational data, maintain it to the highest standard, making sure it is current, accurate and real time.
  • Use innovative application of new technology and implement our digital training strategy to deliver operational end-user training.
  • Work with senior contract managers and the central data analysis team to deliver a planned data-driven approach to service management.
  • Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work across your Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden our operational teams face by automating the back office system.

You’ll also work with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.

  • You will own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary activity and support national project rollouts.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, so they are fit for purpose, accurate and lean.
  • You’ll take ownership of operational data, maintain it to the highest standard, making sure it is current, accurate and real time.
