SELECTION PROCESS DETAILS

This vacancy is using Success Profiles , and will assess your Behaviours, Strengths and Experience.
This gives us the best possible chance of finding the right person for the job, drives up performance and improves diversity and inclusivity.

We will endeavour to conduct the selection process in line with the dates indicated below, but cannot guarantee that these will not, where necessary, be revised.

  • Application – by 25th September 2025

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete:

  • Personal Statement (maximum 1000 words).
  • Evidence of the Behaviour Communicating and Influencing (maximum of 250 words per Behaviour).

The Personal Statement should be aligned to and demonstrate how you meet the skills and experience set out in the essential criteria, detailed in the job description.

2. Sift – week commencing 29th September 2025
The sift will be held on the Personal Statement and Behaviour Communicating and Influencing.
Should a high volume of applications be received, the sift will be conducted only on the Personal Statement.
3. Interview – from 21st October 2025
If you are successful at sift stage, you will be invited to an interview that will be Behaviours (as listed in the job advert) and Strength based questions.
The interview will take place via video, using Microsoft Teams.
In addition, candidates will be asked to prepare a presentation that will be delivered at interview. The presentation question/scenario will be disclosed closer to the interviews.
The presentation will be assessed against ‘Experience’ on the ‘Success Profiles’ and will be assessed against the ‘Essential Criteria’ as listed in the job advertisement.

Responsibilities

Your main day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Create, review, and regularly update a variety of Business Change planning tools and checklists and maintain engagement with business stakeholders to monitor, assure and assess business readiness for implementation.
  • Identify relevant stakeholders ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plans and acting as the point of contact for your key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the wider Automation Centre to support the delivery of business benefits and outcomes and having responsibility for feeding into the overall automation change plan, providing direction and input into the design and approach on behalf of customer groups.
  • Regularly review and update business change plans (deliverables, activities, and interventions) with the appropriate business stakeholders.
  • Work with Stakeholder Managers and Project/Delivery Managers to create and maintain Business Change related communication plans, including writing key messaging and providing content
