What will you do as a Business Controller Supply Chain & Marketing?

As Business Controller, you will act as a Finance business partner for the Supply Chain and Marketing functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Supply Chain, NPI, and Sales teams to ensure cost-efficient and sustainable supply to customers worldwide from over 25 breweries.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to drive resource allocation decisions, ensuring ABTL investments generate the highest ROI and support profitable, balanced growth.
  • Owning the governance cycle, responsible for actuals, planning (RoFo, AP, SP), and reporting of Variable Expenses and ABTL in close collaboration with the broader finance team.
  • Influencing and advising MT-level stakeholders within a diverse environment, making impactful financial decisions.
  • Training and promoting financial knowledge within the Supply Chain and Marketing teams to improve business understanding and decision-making.

You are a data-driven finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for partnering with diverse teams. Here’s what we are looking for:

Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial or business control, business analysis, or accounting within an international and/or FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience working in complex international settings with a focus on supply chain and marketing functions.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Control, or Accounting (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence resource allocation and contribute to financial planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead initiatives within Supply Chain and Marketing, driving continuous improvement and promoting collaboration.
  • A team player who thrives in diverse, dynamic environments and excels at developing financial knowledge within teams.
