JOB DESCRIPTION
We are AtoZ Title and Settlement, a trusted partner for real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and investors in the DMV region. We are seeking a proven Business Development Associate and Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the title and settlement industry. This candidate will bring an existing book of business, drive new client acquisition, and manage the client experience through seamless closings.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of business development experience in the Title, Settlement, or related real estate industries.
· An established book of business with active realtor, lender, or attorney relationships.
· Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and the title/settlement process.
· Proven project management skills to manage multiple files and stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and virtual tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

· Originate new business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, builders, and investors.
· Retain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Manage the pipeline of real estate transactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
· Oversee projects from ratified contract to closing, coordinating with escrow officers, processors, and agents.
· Educate clients and partners on AtoZ’s processes, tools, and resources, including CE classes and lunch-and-learns.
· Represent AtoZ Title at industry events, broker open houses, and networking opportunities.
· Provide market feedback and competitor insights to leadership.
