Job title: Business Development Manager
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Apex Housing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work closely with Head of lettings and Operations manager and the team based in London to expand our clientele. You will be on a full-time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
We are a dynamic and innovative niche property management company in London.
Apex housing solutions is an established property business with offices on Baker Street London. We have made great progress over the past 10 years, and are now looking to significantly expand our growth phase and reach out to whole range of new clients.
You will be part of a property management team reporting to the Head of operations, and you will be expected to build our profile and brand in the market.

This is a permanent, full time position, and the successful candidate will have following responsibilities:

  • Develop the business by finding new customers, exploring business leads and developing and establishing long- term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Developing and exploring new marketing and sales strategies for better development of the business and in order to attract to the business new customers/ forecasting customers’ objectives
  • Finding, managing and engaging with potential customers and managing their accounts and conducting business meetings with them
  • Measuring, monitoring, responding, and reporting on the critical data and results of acquisition activities to the Head of Operations.
  • Carrying our Property inspections for the better understanding of customers’ needs
  • Performing new markets researches to identify potential business leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders
  • Keep records of sales figures, contracts, train the entry level staff
  • Produce monthly operations report for senior managers

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Degree in business management
  • Proven records of property management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, time management, planning, negotiation skills
  • Solid experience in sales / customer-oriented approach / knowledge of different cultures
  • International work experience, knowledge of foreign languages, proficiency in the English language
  • Strategical mindset
