WE’RE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TO JOIN US AT CIVILS & LINTELS, SUPPORTING OUR CUSTOMERS ACROSS THE SOUTH EAST.

To be a successful Business Development Manager you will need to be tenacious, driven and hungry to identify sales opportunities where others do not. Here’s what you can expect to do as a Business Development Manager with Civils & Lintels:

  • You will focus on building and maintaining relationships. From supporting our customers to ensure best possible outcomes are in mind, to working closely with key suppliers to ensure a joined-up commercial approach, a true advocate of our brand.
  • You will look to increase margin and grow the sales portfolio whilst working to achieve your targets.
  • You will successfully utilise CRM and BI systems to deliver results.
  • You will use your natural flair for sales whilst also ensuring your approach always keeps the customer at the heart of our service.
