Description:
This is a key strategic sales role in the business, aimed at improving our market position and financial growth with the Mueller, Singer, and Pratt agencies that Hynds Water represent.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and roll out a growth strategy for the Mueller, Singer and Pratt products, brands, and agencies that the business represents, developing new and existing markets and business opportunities.
- Providing leadership and support to the distribution network and wider market, ensuring that the company’s vision is achieved.
- Implement successful call plans that will maximise revenue and effectiveness. Identifying projects and undertaking a strategic sales approach that ensures sales targets are achieved.
- Ensure that quotes and pricing is profitable and competitive in the market, while still maintaining our market leadership strategy.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM processes for opportunities for the products brands and agencies we represent.
