QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have an existing network within the Hunter region to leverage off in both retail and wholesale sectors
- Be across recent NCC changes and requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years in the residential volume home building /development industry
- Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards related to residential construction, Greenfields Housing Code & Planning outcomes
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload and team
- Strong change management skills and abilities, positive attitude, resourceful & resilient.
- Ability to keep up to date with technological changes.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold Display Team and RDD initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of Display programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization
- Approachable, supportive and fair to staff to ensure they feel engaged and assist them in setting their career path and skills they need to acquire to meet their goals.
- Strong time management skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to influence others, communicate effectively and work as part of a team
