JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Smart City Solutions portfolio in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of advanced urban infrastructure solutions that go beyond traditional lighting, focusing on connected “Smart Pole” technology that integrates with broader SmartCity initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10 years of successful business to business sales experience, ideally in service or solutions sales.
  • Experience working with channel partners and integrators.
  • Demonstrated ability to close value-driven sales.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the expansion of Smart Solutions across North America by focusing on our Smart Pole, the Shuffle.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including integrators, channel partners, and end customers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on strategy and leverage resources.
  • Educate potential clients on cutting-edge Smart City technologies, driving solution-focused discussions.
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and strong client relationships.
