Job Overview: LAWAZEM is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and fostering meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the market. Conduct outbound outreach through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit for our products and services. Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and opportunities, and position our solutions accordingly. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation. Manage and track all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase our offerings and value proposition. Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments set. Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Arabic and English.
