A new opportunity has arisen as Business Improvement Lead in Thruster Systems. In this role you will take the organization on a path of improvement, identifying opportunities and suggesting changes for the better. As a Business Improvement Lead you will have a cross-functional view to the end-to-end business processes to ensure leading-class performance. We are looking for a team player to lead our continuous improvement activities to ensure best ways of working.
Key accountabilities
Lead improvement projects: Identify improvement opportunities within business unit, facilitate implementation, and manage change.
Coordinate improvement portfolio: Manage and oversee the business improvement plan, run reviews with project owners and management team to align and prioritize activities.
Facilitate risk management: Develop and implement internal risk management process to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity within the business unit
Define and drive continuous improvement initiatives: Drive in a culture of data driven decision making and exploit lean thinking and technology to streamline activity and improve efficiency
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or other relevant field
Experience in project/program management and/or process improvement (Lean Six sigma is considered an advantage)
Ability to lead improvement projects and support the organization in continuous improvement activities
Ability to prepare, lead, conduct and follow up on (cross-functional) workshops
Good verbal and written English skills
