SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 5 years B2B experience preferably within the plastics industry
• Proven track record of successful new business development in the plastics and packaging industry
• Ability to manage and maintain close relationships with senior management and other business units within the organisation, suppliers, manufacturers, logistic services and present/future customers.
• Immaculate communication verbal and written, interpersonal/relationship development skills and computer literate
• Experience managing supplier relations is desirable.

The successful Business Manager will be focusing on new and established business relationships and managing supplier relationships for our Plastics Sales division.
This strategic role reports into the Branch Sales Manager and will be responsible for development and execution of the business development strategy, which includes developing new business via new and existing customers to achieve revenue and profit.
