Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the organisation, ensuring its efficient functioning and long-term sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting including direct supervision of the Finance team.
  • Oversee administrative functions of the School, including direct supervision of the ICT Director, Business Administrator, Properties and Maintenance Manager, Office Manager, and Purchasing Officer.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the operations of the Company as the Company Secretary.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including where relevant, staff, parents, providers and financial institutions.
