We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Operations Lead to partner with the Head of SMB of EMEA (Europe, The Middle East, and Africa) and manage a team of Project + Operations Managers. As the Business Operations Lead, you are focused on establishing and maintaining high standards of project management, processes, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of key strategic initiatives for SMB EMEA. You’ll closely partner with Sales Leaders, Strategy, Product, and Marketing teams to address core business opportunities and challenges.
We are looking for a proactive, motivated leader who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a strong desire to learn and innovate, you will be adept at solving complex problems and delivering solutions that benefit SMB teams across the EMEA region. In this role, you will define project goals and scopes, ensure effective communication across various functions and regions, and continuously enhance business solutions for global clients.
This role will report directly into the the Head of SMB EMEA.
