Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Service Design and Integration, you will lead, support and collaborate on business development initiatives across our national service portfolio. You will work closely with Client Service Teams, spanning disability, mental health, aged care, disability employment services and emerging business to plan, write and quality control compelling tenders and grant submissions that align with LWB’s strategic growth objectives.
You will play a pivotal role working with our Client Services Teams to innovate and develop new service models, building internal and external partnerships and ensuring LWB continues to deliver innovative and high-quality services to the communities we serve.
This is a permanent full time, offering flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether from home or one of our local LWB offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Client Service and Corporate Support teams to identify LWB’s value propositions and competitive advantages in tender responses.
  • Lead the end to end development of tender submissions, EOIs and business cases.
  • Support the design and documentation of innovative service models tailored to meet submission requirements.
  • Engage subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver high quality, timely and compliant tender content.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of all supporting documentation including financials, corporate reports and compliance material.
  • Build and manage internal and external relationships to support national and local growth.
  • Identify and track business development opportunities, market trends, and emerging sector needs.
  • Act as a strategic conduit between Client Services and Emerging Business Teams to drive continuous improvement and systemic growth.
