The RBC Group Advantage team offers a variety of banking and retirement savings products including Group Registered Retirement Savings plan (Group RRSP), Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), Group Tax-Free Savings Account (Group TFSA) and Group Investment Account – Non-registered (GIA). Group Advantage also offers exclusive access to special offers for everyday banking solutions. These products are offered with expert advice and delivered in the convenience of the workplace.
RBC Group Advantage (GA) is looking to hire a Business Performance Analyst. As a Business Performance Analyst, you will be tasked to deliver reporting and analytics for the GA business and deliver actionable data and insights to GA sales leaders to support effective sales performance and planning activities. You will also be primarily responsible for maintaining and managing the proprietary client relationship management system (Group Advantage sponsor database) and support technical implementations and enhancements to the system.
What will you do?

As a member of the RBC Group Advantage National Office team, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Sales reporting and analytics
  • Aggregate data from various sources within RBC to support creation and delivery of RBC Group Advantage sales and business performance reporting
  • Accountable for delivery of National and Regional sales dashboards, pipeline and contact activities reports, sales performance and partner reporting
  • Support reporting for special initiatives and projects for Group Advantage as well as cross business reporting priorities
  • Process monthly referral payments to business partners using business reports
  • Sponsor Database Management and Maintenance
  • Receive and process Request for Information emails from Group Advantage website and other partners
  • Control the life cycle of system upgrades and enhancements
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with IT Maintenance team to prioritize deliverables for the maintenance releases
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Verification testing for any upcoming system changes
  • Work with Sponsor Database maintenance partners to establish priority defects and track progress
  • Write clear Business Requirements for sponsor database enhancements
  • Maintain up to date information in Sponsor Database as a result of sales team turnover
