SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience in a similar position and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced café environment. Strong task prioritisation and excellent time management skills will be key to your success.

You will also bring:

• Completion of a TAFE plus statement Barista course or equivalent from a recognised institute with experience working as a Barista
• Experience in food and beverage preparation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster
• Cash handling experience
• Experience in the health care industry (Desired)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

• Coffee Making, Sandwich prep, re-stocking Fridges, Transporting stock from the main kitchen
• Cleaning and sanitising workstations and food court areas;
• Providing fast, friendly and exceptional customer service;
• Display a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously where required.
