By analyzing operational processes and supporting field implementation, this role enhances Coupang’s overall competitiveness. Camp Managers are responsible for daily camp operations, capacity planning, process development, execution coordination, and communicating key updates and risks to senior management. What You Will Do Manage day-to-day camp operations to ensure smooth delivery execution. Create and maintain capacity plans based on operational needs. Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency. Coordinate cross-functional execution of operational initiatives. Support field implementation and resolution of on-site issues. Communicate status updates, risks, and operational changes to senior leadership. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the 1P network. Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or equivalent degree/experience. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. 10+ years of experience in process enhancement, project management, and problem solving. Preferred Qualifications Experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a rapidly growing environment. Ability to analyze data, provide insight and apply solution. Experience in implementing/managing complex projects while leading various stakeholders. Ability to show commitment at work and exert leadership. Ability to mentor junior and senior engineers. Fluent in English communication.
