ABOUT YOU
You will have a solid understanding of how to create and lead always-on targeted campaigns which improves the experience of our loyalty offering and motivates customers to engage and shop at Foodstuffs brands. You’ll be a strong collaborator as you work with specialists across teams including, Analysts, Brand, Creative and Technology to deliver targeted loyalty promotions and rewards incentives using addressable digital media channels. You will use insight and data signals to plan engagement tactics which recognise the lifecycle stage, value and behaviours of key customer segments. This is a new role that offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty through impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Campaign and Personalisation Manager, you will specialise in the end-to-end delivery of campaigns aimed at driving growth and loyalty through digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the Senior Campaign and Personalisation Manager and wider Customer Engagement team to create superior, personalised customer experiences that differentiate our brands and creates profitable growth for both Foodstuffs cooperatives.
